Participants have opportunity to explore and understand defeating behaviors and develop specific strategies to switch negative anger into powerful outcomes. The focus of the class is on individual assessment for the purpose of understanding and identifying rational and irrational thoughts and behavior, identifying trigger points, and developing assertive communication skills to solve problems while maintaining personal and professional relationships. At the completion of the class participants receive a Certificate of Completion.

  • Become more aware of your choices.
  • Learn to recognize any destructive patterns and choose alternatives.
  • Help to manage anger by using positive self-talk and constructive anger management techniques.
  • Improve relationships through more effective communication and a better understanding of yourself and others.

 Each program consists of five, two hour classes.

 Classes 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
