Are you ready to examine the skills and concepts that mediators use in greater depth? If so, you may want to consider Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic’s advanced training workshop. The seminar offers a highly-interactive setting for participants to discuss their experiences and to apply new concepts to their practice. This seminar also offers participants a chance to consider new developments in the conflict resolution field and to apply them to their own cases. Emphasis will be placed on dealing with complex cases, intense emotions, value-laden disputes, and cross-cultural conflicts. Participants and trainers will work together on cases drawn from their real life experiences. The focus on these simulations and discussions will be on the “micro” exchanges that are central to the process of mediation.
