The Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution ClinicOUR MISSION It is the mission of the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic to provide a permanent non-profit organization in which low to moderate-income individuals may participate in the resolution of disputes in an informal, professional forum while avoiding costly litigation. To encourage broad community participation to develop, administer, and oversee local dispute resolution programs, to train qualified mediators, and to serve as a model for dispute resolution clinics in other communities. To enter partnerships and operating agreements, with local, state and federal agencies and community organizations to provide affordable, professional mediation services through our non-profit corporation.
